It's almost time to fly

Senior Year. You blink and before you know it, your baby is about to graduate high school and head off to the next chapter in her life.  My kids are only sophomores but I know it's going to be their turn faster than I want it to be.

We had Senior photos when I was in high school but not quite like the sessions of today. Now they are more about personality and showing who you are, capturing different facets of your life and the different things that have been a part of your journey so far.  A couple of years ago, I got an email from this beauitful girl's mom, telling me that her daughter had decided that I was the photographer she wanted for her Senior photos.  We still had a few more school years to get through, but she already knew. What an amazing compliment!  And here we are, two years later, with both her mom and I trying to figure out how this session was already upon us.
